Shoes....Shoes....Shoes!!!!

Picture
Shoes....Well, I've fallen in love with TWO shoes. I  love  the lace detail on the edge of the shoe but I hated the the big bow on the front...so I carefully took it off and I am now playing with different types of shoe clips. I also rhinestone the bottom of these shoes with 'I do."  But now I have also purchased a stunning pair of Blue Badgley Mischka's Odell....So, I think I might be a two pair of shoes Bride! Maybe these for the ceremony and the Badgley Mishcka for the reception.

My Antique Garter

Picture
I purchased a 1.99 WHITE garter from my local craft store. I started to do some thinking as I was sipping my morning coffee....my dress is ivory and my shoes are ivory and I am having a antique/shabby-chic wedding....why don't I place the garter in a cup of coffee and just see what happens....and I LOVE  the results. I had no clue but it turns out coffee and tea are natural dyes and the coffee gave the lace and satin a nice antique look. I also had a jewel bead that I was planning to use for my shoes but they looked horrible on the shoe but looks beautiful sewed onto the garter.

Escort Card Table...Mock-Up

Picture
I was playing around with how I wanted my escort card table set-up....I am thinking something very similar to this.
I purchased the Martha Stewart lace paper punch and I am doing edges of the escort cards with a lace design and setting them on silver platters and some on the cake stands
